After the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) was defeated, children of ISIS members were placed in the al-Hol camp in northeast Syria.
Around 62,000 people, including 27,000 children, from 60 different countries, live in the camp.
The Autonomous Administration has drawn attention to probable dangers related to the camp and has called on countries to accept their citizens, but with no success.
The United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism chair, Vladimir Volonkov, made a statement on the issue and called for countries to take responsibility for their citizens.
