Thirty-six-year-old Muhammed Helef Süleyman lost his life while tending his sheep in Tell Abyad (Girê Spî).
His sheep were grazing around the M-4 railroad when he was shot by soldiers. Süleyman was wounded in the chest by a bullet and taken to Martyr Ömer Elûş Hospital, where he died.
Eyewitnesses claim that Süleyman was targeted by Turkish soldiers while his sheep grazed in the Tirwaziyê village of Tell Abyad.
Süleyman migrated from the village of Selhebiyê in Ragga to Tell Abyad and was in the Tirwaziyê village only for the purpose of tending livestock.
