People of Kurdistan and their allies took to the streets of various European cities to celebrate Newroz, the day that marks the arrival of spring on the Kurdish calendar.
A march with torches was held in Stuttgart, Germany, where people danced and protested against Turkey’s anti-Kurdish policies.
They also demanded freedom for the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Ocalan and supported the hunger strike in Turkey’s prisons, which has now reached its 114th day.
