In North and East Syria, the Syrian Democratic Forces convened on Tuesday to discuss the situation of the region and to prepare for the threatened Turkish incursion. Over the border in Turkey, Turkish foreign ministry has summoned European ambassadors to ask them to ban Kurdish demonstrations in their countries.
