📍 Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the former leader of Turkey’s main opposition Republican People’s Party, has visited Selahattin Demirtaş, the former co-chair of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, in prison.
📍 A cafe in Turkey’s largest Kurdish-majority city of Diyarbakır, which made the decision to deal with customers in the Kurdish language, has been raided by police.
📍 And the exhumation of a mass grave in Tel Afar in northwestern Iraq has begun, with up to 2,000 victims of the Islamic State expected to be found buried in the grave.
