📍 The controversial comment came as South Africa urgently appeals to the International Court of Justice over a new threat to civilian life in Gaza, in response to Israel’s ground invasion in Rafah.
📍 The armed wing of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party has accused the Turkish army of using chemical weapons and banned explosives in attacks on Kurdish fighters.
📍 And the third annual Democratic Islam Congress has concluded in Kurdish-led North and East Syria, with a focus on gender equality and interfaith co-existence.
