An explosion at a petrol station in the Syrian town of Jarabulus (Cerablus) might have been the result of a missile attack by Russia, according to reports.
Oil tankers in Jarabulus, which is under the control of Turkey and Turkish-backed mercenaries, exploded on Friday 5 March.
Local sources from the area reported that explosions were heard coming from the Al-Hamran village in the Jarabulus countryside, according to the Hawar News Agency. The region is known for its rudimentary oil refineries. It has been also reported that the explosion resulted in fatalities and injuries, though the details are not yet confirmed.
