Iranian law enforcement officers killed another teenager by targeting a car on Monday. Security forces have been increasing the use of violence against Iranian people since the protests after the death of Kurdish woman Jîna Amini in police custody in mid-September began.
The Syrian Democratic Forces reported on Wednesday that Turkey attacked North and East Syria 17,596 times throughout 2022. A total of 59 civilians, including 12 children and five women, lost their lives in these attacks; 263 civilians were injured.
