Turkish forces have continued aerial assaults over north and east Syria cities, hitting at least one school and health centre near Kobanê.
The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria reported civilian fatalities in the Turkish strikes which began on 20th November.
Both the US Department of State and Russia’s envoy for Syria have urged Turkey to show restraint in its cross-border operations.
Iranian missile attacks against Kurdish groups coincide with Turkey’s air strikes against Kurdish fighters in Iraqi Kurdistan. Meanwhile Kurds in western Iran known as Rojhilat are targeted by security forces to suppress uprisings.
