She highlighted how the SDF protects not just Kurdish autonomy but also the rights of diverse communities, including Alevis, Christians and Yazidis. “Rojava’s values align with those of the West, making it imperative for democratic nations to support this experiment,” she said.
The podcast concluded with an urgent appeal for Kurdish unity and international solidarity. Doabi stressed that collective resistance is crucial to counter the threats posed by Erdoğan’s regime and its jihadist proxies. “The Kurds, along with other oppressed communities in the Middle East, must unite to defend their rights and preserve the democratic vision of Rojava,” she said.
