The international rights group Human Rights Watch released a report for the violations of human rights in Turkey.
The report accuses Turkey for violating human rights and not complying with the rule of law and democracy framework.
US-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) says in the report that Turkey continues to be disproportionately targeting journalists, opposition politicians, activists human rights defenders and the Kurdish media.
The report states that Turkey continues “the systematic detentions and convictions as the government targets journalists, including opposition parties and political activists.
