A Canadian delegation has expressed support for initiatives aimed at bringing foreign ISIS fighters detained in northern Syria to court, through both local trials and an international tribunal. During their visit to the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has called for an independent investigation into a recent drone attack on a vehicle carrying reporters in Kurdish-controlled northeast Syria. The federation emphasised that this was the second time that Turkey has been accused of targeting journalists in the region.
