The conflict between Turkey’s two supreme courts rages on as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has once again proposed a new constitution as a resolution to the ongoing judicial crisis.
German doctor, Michael Wilk, recently went to the city of Kobani in North and East Syria to provide aid in the midst of Turkish attacks on civilian infrastructure. Wilk also condemned the Turkish President’s planned visit to Germany in November.
The Istanbul branch of the Peoples’ Equality and Democracy Party held a congress on Sunday with thousands attending. The congress addressed pressing issues in Turkey and the Middle East, emphasising the need for peaceful solutions.
