Rojîn Hedad, a 17-year-old Yazidi, who spent nine years in ISIS captivity has finally returned home to Sinjar. Hedad was liberated near Idlib by security forces connected to Autonomous Administration.
Approximately, 64 journalists have been killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza since the conflict began on 7 October, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists.
At least 31 people have been executed in Iran in the past week, the Iran Human Rights Organisation reported, warning of the danger of significantly more executions over the Christmas holidays.
