Turkish military aggression against North and East Syria continues on the second day with various civilian facilities, including healthcare facilities, being struck.
In Qamishli (Qamişlo), a city in North and East Syria, medical sources have reported that three individuals are in critical condition following the Turkish bombardment.
In a separate incident in Al-Shaddadi district, Jazera Canton, a civilian, Saleh Al-Salim, was injured by a shell of unknown origin near his home. He is receiving treatment at a district hospital.
The Turkish bombardment also affected Qahtaniyah (Tirbespiye), where Hussein Hamza Saadoun was injured near the Odeh oil station. The area saw multiple strikes, including attacks on oil sites and a plastic factory.
Qamishli city experienced further attacks, with the Turkish army targeting its northern belt and a bulgur factory in the town of Karbawi. Details on the extent of the damage are still unclear.
Additionally, grain silos in the village of Girê Ziyarti Guli, near Girê Lekê district, were bombed, causing material damage.
A checkpoint on the Qamishli – Tirbespî road, operated by the Internal Security Forces, and a site in the Alaya neighbourhood of Qamishli city were also targeted. Preliminary reports suggest no casualties.
In the Tal Tamr district’s western countryside, a Turkish drone struck the village of Al-Tawila without causing damage. Bombing continues across Jazira canton, particularly in Qamishli.
