Today’s stories include: Repression of Turkey’s third-largest political party, the pro-Kurdish and pro-democratic HDP, has continued apace. The head of one of the country’s major medical associations has warned that prisoners including HDP MPs are being denied access to fair and objective assessments of their health, while a new electoral law is set to prevent many students and migrant workers from exercising their right to vote for the party.
