Residents of the Samandağ neighbourhood in Turkey’s southern Hatay province’s Antakya district rallied on Saturday to commemorate those they lost in the 6 February earthquakes.
A crowd, including political activists who for months have been calling for the release of the jailed Badinan activists, greeted three activists freed on Friday with joy.
