The Turkish Constitutional Court in a majority vote on Thursday reversed a January ruling to block the Peoples’ Democratic Party treasury funds brought in as part of the closure case against the pro-Kurdish party.
Dersim Dağdeviren, member of the European Union Turkey Civic Commission or EUTCC called on the EU to remove the Kurdistan Workers’ Party or PKK from the bloc’s list of terrorist organisations during the 17th EUTCC conference at the European Parliament on Wednesday.
The 17th International Kurdish Conference, held in the European Parliament, called for an independent international investigation into allegations of of chemical weapon use by Turkey’s armed forces and an end to drone strikes in Iraq and Syria.
Raziye Öztürk from the Asrın Law Office called for an end to the harsh treatment of Abdullah Öcalan during her presentation at an international conference in the European Parliament.
